Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours after purchase.
After this period, the order enters production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Remember: each sculpture is a unique piece of Art, created with intention and care.
If you are still unsure about making the purchase, we recommend waiting until you are certain — this is a work made for those who feel the call clearly.

 

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your sculpture arrives with damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging. The case will be evaluated, and if approved, a replacement piece will be sent at no additional cost.
